Just weeks after LASIK surgery, I had forgotten that I was dependent on glasses and contacts for over 15 years. The procedure is virtually painless. The anxiety encountered was wondering how my vision would turn out. It is a wonderful feeling being able to participate in activities such as: basketball, golf, fishing, and jogging without the dependence on contacts or glasses. For anyone with allergies like myself, itchy eyes were much less troublesome without contacts to deal with. The staff was great to deal with. They took the time to explain the procedures completely.
